Resume           :

Stella haris the second daughter from three sisters from married couple Mr. and Mrs. Haris. Stella comes from middle class family. Her father is civil servant and her mother is house wife. Nothing oddly from Stella, she just an ordinary girl, until several incidents change her nature from her friends’ ignorance, her mother who always blaming her when she gave her friend the wrong answer at middle examination, until her sister’s death because of suicide which the end known if her sister murdered and this situation aggravated by her mother who always blame her.

“Live is not fair. Some people created to be a buffoonery. It was a big mistake if we judge the world is fair.” That is her friend, Wina who always she though and with this entire situation make her trust it.

She is in the court right now. A little girl aged 13 years old accused done the mutilation murder of nine person who three of them are police which those polices’ hand have been cut and their mouth clogged by their own hand. Physically, Stella just like ordinary school girl, but her temperament, her body language and her intimidated sharp eyes showing she 10 years older from her age.

Everybody who presented as the witness implicates her, start from unfamiliar woman that screaming blames her until a woman who say dirty utter and now the attendant from Indo-Europe man who say as psychiatry but this psychiatry left impression help her. He say that she is a mentally disorder person, a suffer personality dissociation or dual personality. Her place is not belonging to jail but insane asylum.

She go to insane asylum that make she closer into her death. Insane asylum has lower monitoring than prison. The medicines will easier inject without any suspicions. She will die because of heart attack or disappear.

Now, Stella is under control of Dr. Stevanus. He does therapy section to know her personality moreover what she have known about her sister’s death. In fact Dr. Stevanus is Suryo Diminto’s people who his son has rape Dian and caused her suicide and Suryo Diminto asked him to get some information from Stella.

In the therapy section known that she did not know anything about her sister’s death but he found a strange thing. Stella has multiple separate personalities. All her alter ego closes the information. It means that probably she did not know anything but it is not possible the other alter ego she has know something.

Because of the heartless of Dr. Stevanus. He go back from this case and go to Chicago. With that result Suryo Diminto send another people to kill Stella. Because he was afraid if someday Stella will remember something. So he order someone to inject her with penthoal sodium, pavulon, and chloride potassium but when they want to kill her, she have escape to her house in Saga because of someone whispering. She trusts her hunch and she has bad foreboding whit this situation.

At Saga, She trying to wake up Chika, her young sister but someone griped her.

Thirteen years later there is a same mutilation case that connect polices with Stella Haris’ case. There is awkwardness in college student’s death named Edward, like there is no blood even though the body has been mutilated and gold plaque that found polices named “Divo Kokusai” and also Thania who Edward’s girlfriend and one of Divo Kokusai’s members suddenly disappear. And that awkwardness aimed them to a friendship club named Divo Kokusai who has eight members.

Verdinan a handsome young police has duty to investigate that case and examined it. He pretends to be a transfer college student from Makassar. All files and transcript was falsified, so he becomes a college student in Trisakti University faculty of technical.

  He began to approaching a DJ named Aris who have a girlfriend from Divo Kokusai. One night Divo Kokusai held a private party and Aris become the DJ. He invites Verdi to join and introduced him to Divo Kokusai.

 Now he has known the member of Divo Kokusai. There are Andin, Sasha, Freya, Wulan, Dian, Chiya who Aris’ girlfriend, and Dona and also Eros who Andin’s boyfriend and Dave who Sasha’s boyfriend.

At midnight, the party becomes so wild. Another Divo Kokusai started dancing striptease but not with Chiya, she go to toilet in left house and also Aris but he go to another direction. The party was stop because of rain. Everyone find place to avoiding rain. Not long before Chiya back from toilet, but not with Aris. It was quite long until Verdi sees him but something strange, his right hand had been cut. He is walking with blood in his body. He still says sorry to Dona in his agony. All guests scare including Dona that unconscious but not with the other Divo Kokusai, They look usual whit no scare and no scream.

That night the police, who did not recognize Verdi, interrogated him and all guests. He fell foolish. He blamed his self because he did not know there is a killer around him and not realized that Aris is the next victim. And he trusted the murder is one of the Divo Kokusai. But it was not Chiya because they on both sides and he confused about the apology of Aris to Dona and where is Aris’ hand.

In the other side, a girl sit look out the window, a Persian cat closed her and she give a right hand to her cat and said that is a special hand because it was a DJ’s hand.

Verdi went to hospital to see Dona to ask her why Aris did apology to her. And he knew that Edward have rape her and Aris help him to do that, but Aris not rape her, he just see it, but the worst is Aris take a naked picture of Dona with Edward and threaten her if she tell to anyone, they will spread the photo. And with unconscious because of drink she has told that incident to someone that she did not know.

He surer Stella Haris is alive and she could be between Divo Kokusai. But all members can be her, from Chiya with her skeptic view about love and like gothic things, Sasha likes gay, Wulan who the maniac sex likes sleep with rubbish, Dian the girl who like blood and with all her creepy painting, Dona with his black past, and also Freya the childish girl who like coloring her hair with light red, orange. Probably only Freya is the normally girl from another girls.

So he helped by Rosa and Romeo take the girls to unusual vocation hoping Stella Haris will show herself. And Saga is the city to make their plan work. Hope that Saga which Stella’s place of birth will show who the real psychopath.

A strange incident happens before them at Saga. Freya who scared saw white shadow and also Dian and Chiya but they not scared as Freya. They met Teguh at Saga. He is the owner of inn where they will stay and also he is their tour guide. There are several incidents happen. Sasha that possessed and said there wills a victim. Wullan that know has six sense has predicted Edward’s death far away before that happen and now she has bad felling. And also triangle love between Verdi, Wulan and Freya. Early Verdi interest with Wulan but after his fall from rock, and Freya saved him makes him like and love her.

As like Verdi expectation that Wulan is Stella appear when Romeo and Rosa make a trap to knowing which Stella from that girls with the situation the day Stella’s sister died by hang herself with wearing kebaya and hang it front of door coincide with ied and sound of takbir played. All girls go to the sound come from except Wulan who go to back room and fall her tears and get unconscious. And also Chiya’s confession that she is Gary Stevanus’s daughter and he also the person who gripped Stella Haris that day to protect her from the people who want to kill her. Stella is around them, two schizophrenia patients, children from orphanage and an amnesia patient.

70 kilometer from 157 kilometer to Saga, Dona hurried to Saga for stopping past vengeance after she saw a familiar face and another crossed face with blank ink in one of her friend’s old photo album when she open it. When the car she rode stop because the tire leak. She talk with a grandmother with her granddaughter named Dian. Dona shake her hand but she felt hold vacuum. That grandmother said that Dian is a shame girl different with her young sister that taciturn and speak like adult. When Dona asks what time that grandmother will arrive, she gave another answer. She said to Stella, she prayed to Stella, she hope that rigorous habit and her wise opinion will not make her discriminated in family. Pressing emotion will make bad mental development of child. Little disobedient is natural. It is no necessary to hit her until bleeding much less tied her a night long on mangoes tree. Haris’s wife tortures her second daughter again. So pity that girl, often amnesia but they never know that but I knew that.

But when Dona’s view shifted because the driver’s say that he told they can leave that grandmother and her granddaughter have disappeared.

With the disappearing of Romeo the suspicion of Verdi to Wulan increasingly because he found Wulan go home with muddy shirt. She said that she just from waterfall in backyard. He decided to find Romeo with helping from villager. Then he remembered with what wulan said, so he go to waterfall and find Romeo’s hand phone but not his friend.

Till in inn, he got bad news from Rosa. She said that Freya was missing too. He was going interrogated one by one. He accused Wulan but she denied it with the reason that she will not kill Freya just because they like the same guy. And another Wulan’s confession makes him confused. Wulan is Chika; she is Stella’s young sister. She replaced Eci who her sister’s friend has amnesia after trauma when she saw her friend killed by Stella. Arrive in Jakarta; she treated like an amnesia patient by Gary Stevanus. First semester eight of them gathered to make a friendship club.

In the other side, Verdi and Teguh have a coffee in town, they meet Saga’s regent. She is Nurmala. She said something that makes Verdi suddenly frightened. She said that people described if appearances as a departed spirits is wrong. She agrees if it called past imagine thing. The past with high emotion pressed to people experienced. Not to surprised if mystic occurrence just happen to certain people in real world. If you have high depression it will happen 70 kilometer before Saga.

When Verdi back to inn, Rosa and he check again Romeo’s hand phone to find a clue. And they find it. The clue is in draft. It was written “Cya1bliz” one hour after Romeo leave the inn which they did not know if Romeo goes date with one of those girls, the girl who always rubs her feet to his knee every time they eat together. Rosa thought that Chiya is the suspect because after her investigate about Aris’ death, there is a connected way between two toilets that is ventilation. There is someone who said as AC reparation, but when asked, no one call the AC reparation. And before date with Aris, she ever dated with Adam who died in car accident, Aris and Edward are also in the accident but only Adam died. So she can conclude that the motive was vengeance.

Only left four girls must watch, after the missing of Freya and Dian who still unconscious and care in city.

4.10 AM, Chiya still sleep, wulan look restless but ten minute later Chiya wakes up and take capsules from her bag and go to kitchen to make two glasses of tea and blending the capsules. She gave it to Andin. When Rosa wants to catch it, dona came and ordered Dona to make sure if Andin will not drinking or eating anything.

Dona crouching to the house and peep at Wulan’s room and Sasha. She said if she wrong or not, she sure if the girl look like the junior high school girl that she has look on photo album.

Rosa give a sign to Verdi who hiding on tree. He crouching follows Chiya to wood house. She open wood floor below her that connect with basement that they never know.

She approaches a girl and punishes her to drink tea she had made. The girl is Freya. She tries to not drink it. So Chiya use needle from his pajamas to inject the medicine to Freya. But Verdi stops that incident with shoot Chiya’s feet. She fall knell. The shoot sound make Sasha and Wulan wake up and also Andin automatically drop the tea because she was startled. Freya was tied and exhaustion right beside him, her cloth full of mud and bleeding. She told that someone drag ed her to jungle and tried to buried her alive.

In noon, polices walk along to the jungle Romeo’s body found buried in one of gravestone near waterfall. That afternoon they left Saga. Teguh waved from distance, not far from him Nurmala stood beside her daughter named Wina. Wina said that Stella still alive. She will not recognized her if she did not see the scar in her right thigh when climb the wire fence wall of Suryo house to peep Reno.

Freya still shock with the incident last night. She more stood like statue. She was remembered the girl dragged her to the jungle and hurt her body and buried her in the ground. It was so dark; she just saw dimly that girl’s face. It was not like Chiya. She has longer hair and black hair than Chiya and she has dark eyes like night and has horns.

The following day in Jakarta, Tessa a nurse who assistant of Dr. Stevanus see a newspaper if the daughter of the mysterious psychiatry is the person of mutilation murder. She remembered how Dr. Stevanus do hypnotherapy session to Stella. He made her real core personality sleep and let the best alter ego stand dominated. He took another personality who did not have connected with her real core personality.

Stella has four personalities. There are Jill, a guy in Stella’s body who remembered the anger moment and everything take made she angry, the butcher who has killed Tomy her classmate. Three polices who try to hiding her sister’s case and also Suryo diminto’s orders who want to kill Stella.

Helena is the tricky woman who has intelligent of Stella, the girl with good strategies and manipulative to solve the problem.

Sisi, the girl who remembered Stella emotions that connected with sadness, disappointed, and guilty. The desperate girl in Stella’s body who always trying to suicide.

 And the last is Evelyn. She is Stella’s imagine girl from another place that not know anything and did not recognize Stella. And Dr. Stevanus make Evelyn to fell Stella body. Evelyn Freya.

One month after that incident, Divo’s girls still the same girl. They spend their time to party. Dona felt happier than before, Verdi with his plan to marry Freya, Dian come from hospital, Wulan become so famous model and actress, Sasha with her confusing between Dave and Farel, Andin still with Eros. But there is no Chiya. She is on prison.

In jail, she tried to make sure if she was not a murder. The capsule that blend in tea and also needle was contained of Penthanoal Sodium which has function as sedative to hysteria insane patients. Two peoples have disorder perception and the other have dual personalities. She just did not know which schizophrenia and which one dual personality butcher.

Rosa feel worried after the incident in Saga. She felt there is awkwardness, it was too easy. The girl is smart. She learned her friends with good. She also knew the city, the small thing they missed. Then Rosa remembered the message of Romeo, why must with Alay Letter. And she remembered her conversation with Romeo. He probably will use a telephone number as a secret code if he stuck in danger.

Verdi is on the way to campus. The theater show of Divo gank will start. He never feels so happy like now. He remembered the girl sleep with his mother. The girls slept with peaceful face. He promise will keep that smile. His male instinct and his love had buried long time ago rising because of her. Freya is the passion.

On the road, he read a perfume banner “I don’t believe. It’s too perfect”. Suddenly he feels distrustful. His hand phone was ringing, a call from Rosa. He did not answered because his bad felling. The telephone was ringing again called from Teguh. He picked it up. Teguh said that he on Jakarta. So Verdi picked Teguh up first and then went to campus.

In the other place, Freya has make up like Demon for participate in theater. She got an antagonize part.  She wore black blouse and bando like horn.

She started at the mirror. She seem like ever see someone look like her right now. A sound of woman shocked her. She looked around but no one there except herself. She looked at the mirror, there is her reflection but her reflection has sharper eye than hers. Eyes with a million revenge from her slickly cruel eyes.

She is Helena, the girl who filled Stella’s body beside Freya. The girl peep her in dark place, the girl who is thinking of devious plan for revenge. Chiya thought Freya was a schizophrenia patient that needed to isolate and gave medicine. That is why Chiya looked Freya on basement. Helena is a manipulative tricky girl that can hurt herself with knife and buried herself in mud. The girl who designed lies and make Verdi accused another girl. Helena is the girl who drops the gold pin for testing her skill in manipulating.

And Freya met Jill. Jill is a person that appeared in Stella’s angry background. Jill is a long haired guy, the twin of Stella in her personality. Jill is a person who killed Tania. The person who loved Dona and kill Edward and Aris because hurt Dona and killed Romeo and also kill people who has raped Dian named Fadli and Reno who Suryo’s son.

Freya walked out from makeup room to stage with flat face. Her body felt cold. After a long time she felt her separated personalities become one found their remembrances, the events that she thought was dream. She felt Stella taking away her place with those remembrances.

She saw Wulan who hug her. She so confused, not because her past that suddenly came but more with her bad feeling which will happen. She heard sound who said if she must end this right now.

So she called Verdi. Verdi felt Freya was saying goodbye as though she will go far away and never come back. The telephone disconnected before Verdi asked why she said like that.

On campus, he met Rosa. She said she has solved the mean of Romeo’s message. The message not said if Chiya is the murder but it was Romeo own code. It was someone phone number. When Verdi tried to match the written C-Y-A-1-B-L-I-Z plus operator number, the name appeared in his hand phone was “My Freya”.

He just wanted to protect Freya from polices who did not know anything. But she was missing again. Freya is on parking place with four polices. She begged to polices to let her finished her theater. Because of out of compassion, polices agreed with one condition she must promise would not run away. The girl was smiling with her natural black slickly smile.

That girl, Helena run away from campus to looked for taxi. She got out without pay then taxi on traffic. She hid in water channel. She felt desperate, confused, laugh alone, feeling powerful at the same time and then changed into powerless feeling make she felt strangle and cannot breath.

The girl decided to call Verdi when Freya filled the body. She asked him to meet on traffic flyover.

Verdi with Teguh went to place where Freya hid. He saw her without sandals with tousled hair. She walked like she not scared with the high and rapids river. He go out from car and come closely to her.

She felt so happy and wanted run to her boyfriend. But two units of police cars came and made her cancel her intention. Teguh came out too from car, Stella’s eyes look Teguh. Verdi said to her to come down but she did not want to. Her body shaking with eyes looked at Teguh. Verdi only a few steps to hug that girl but Teguh took out a pistol from his jacket pocket. She saw that hand in slow motion wink. She said goodbye to Verdi with sound of the gun. She felt from bridge. Teguh arrested by polices while say if she have killed his brother named Reno. Verdi stood like statue.

Some lifeguards down to found Freya, but she not found. Verdi still tried to look for her not care if rain or getting dark. Until 5.00 AM he still tried. Police concluded that she had died and issuing death certificate after they found a body of woman two days after that incident.

Rain fell in small village in the edge of river. There is a body in the edge of river. The girl coughed water in her mouth. A fisherman saved her; the girl slept in villager house and left at middle nigh. She still remembered how someone shoots her but she jumped before his shoot bullets.

At noon, Teguh is in his jail, he felt cold sweat. A jailer just gave him a delicious meat. He felt hot reaction but he thought it came from the meat. When a head jailer knew his subordinate just from Teguh’s jail brought him food from a young girl, both of them go to Teguh’s jail and found him bluish with foaming mouth.

That noon, Verdi was in his apartment in 41^th floor. Almost three days he cannot sleep. In his sleepy he looked Freya with her sweet smile stand in front of the window in his apartment. He continued his sleep. Suddenly the telephone rang and said Teguh has died. He run to window, on the dusty window there was hand note, I Love U, I’ll be Back...

That noon she is in taxi dressed neatly went to a bank to get her deposit name Stella Haris.

Ganglion, Tumor ganas kah?

Apakah itu?

Ganglion adalah pembengkakan yang biasanya terjadi di belakang tangan atau pergelangan tangan. Ini tidak berbahaya, kapsul berisi cairan. Ganglions bukan kanker. Meskipun mereka dapat tumbuh dalam ukuran, mereka tidak akan menyebar ke bagian lain dari tubuh.

 Apa gejala dari ganglion?

Sebuah ganglion biasanya muncul sebagai benjolan atau massa yang muncul dari waktu ke waktu atau muncul tiba-tiba. Mungkin juga, dalam ukuran yang lebih kecil dan bahkan pergi jauh, hanya untuk kembali di lain waktu.

Nah, untuk mengetahui benjolan tersebut adalah ganglion atau bukan, mudah saja. Benjolan pada ganglion berdiameter paling besar ± 1-2 cm. Kalau dipegang terasa kenyal, dan semakin besar semakin keras. "Jadi, awalnya lembek dan kenyal, tapi semakin lama ganglion dibiarkan akan semakin keras," ungkap dr. Ifran Saleh, FICS, DSBO dari bagian Orthopedi RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo, Jakarta. Namun jika terantuk atau tertekan, ben-jolan berisi cairan ini bisa pecah. Karena itulah, ganglion bisa hilang dengan sendirinya tanpa disadari. "Cairannya sendiri tidak berbahaya. Itu, kan, cairan tubuh si penderita. Jika pecah, tentu cairan tersebut diserap kembali oleh tubuh."

Bagian tubuh yang kerap disemayami ganglion adalah sekitar tulang-tulang kecil di tangan dan kaki baik bagian dalam, punggung, maupun pergelangannya. Di situlah daerah sendi dan tendon yang sangat rawan mengalami kebocoran pelumas. 

Apa penyebabnya?

Penyebab ganglion tidak diketahui. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah penyebab trauma atau gabugan jaringan syaraf  atau  selubung tendon pecah dan membentuk kista kecil, yang kemudian bergabung menjadi lebih besar, lebih jelas massa. Yang paling mungkin penyebabnya termasuk cacat melibatkan kapsul sendi atau selubung tendon yang mengizinkan gabungan jaringan syaraf bengkak.

Apa pengobatannya?

Kebanyakan kista (38-58%) menghilang tanpa pengobatan sama sekali. Pengobatan mencakup menggunakan jarum untuk menghapus isi dari kista (aspirasi). Operasi pengangkatan kista diperlukan ketika massa menyakitkan, gangguan terhadap fungsi terutama ketika tangan bekerja, atau menyebabkan mati rasa atau kesemutan dari jari atau tangan.

Kendati ganglion tak berbahaya dan dapat hilang sendiri sekalipun dibiarkan. Akan tetapi jika penderita sudah merasa tak nyaman atau sakit lantaran benjolan ini, jangan biarkan hingga pecah sendiri. Jelas, meski keluhannya tak akan menimbulkan efek yang membahayakan, si penderita akan risih juga. "Jadi lebih baik segera periksa ke dokter orthopedi untuk dilakukan penanganan," anjurnya.

Jenis penanganan ganglion ada dua cara. Pertama, disuntik untuk mengeluarkan cairan tersebut dan memberinya obat supaya tak timbul lagi. Kedua, dengan cara operasi untuk mengambil benjolan tersebut hingga ke akar-akarnya dan anak-anaknya. "Biasanya ganglion yang besar mempunyai ganglion kecil-kecil di sekitarnya yang harus diambil supaya tidak sempat membesar."

Seperti halnya penanganan dalam dunia medis pada kasus-kasus lainya, ganglion pun punya risiko, yaitu tumbuh kembali. "Jika operasinya tidak sempurna, dalam arti pengambilan anak-anak dan akar ganglion tidak bersih, tentu ganglion yang tertinggal akan tumbuh menjadi besar."

Begitu juga dengan cara suntik, "Jika obat yang dimasukkan tak mampu menutup celah yang menjadi timbulnya ganglion, maka ganglion baru akan muncul kembali di tempat yang sama." Biasanya dokter akan mengajukan pilihan cara penanganan dengan suntik pada pasien. Bila tidak sukses, barulah dilakukan operasi.

GANGLION TIDAK TERJADI BILA...

Perlu diketahui, kekuatan atau elastisitas kapsul maupun pembungkus cairan pelumas sendi dan urat, berbeda pada setiap orang. Tak heran bila ada orang yang sering jatuh tetapi tidak mengalami ganglion, sementara yang jarang jatuh justru mengalami ganglion. Contohnya anak yang memiliki elastisitas tinggi karena rajin berolahraga, walau sering jatuh tak terjadi kebocoran pada pembungkus cairan pelumas sendi dan uratnya.

Ketidakmunculan ganglion setelah benturan bisa jadi disebabkan pembungkus pelumasnya tetap robek. Tetapi karena robekannya besar, maka tidak ada faktor yang bisa membuat pelumas tersebut menggelembung dan mendesak kulit. Cairan tersebut menyebar begitu saja dan diserap kembali oleh tubuh.
